Apple Card outage resolved.

A recent outage (now fixed) in Apple Card services was widely reported:  Apple confirms Apple card outage.  This is a good time to remind all Apple customers that there is an Apple "system status" page where you can see if Apple has officially confirmed a problem and given a possible time frame for resolution.
