I've always used Reminders and appreciate the new interface to this app, as well integration of Messaging services, URLs, and sub tasks. I don't understand why many Apple users don't take more advantage of Reminders, and Notes for that matter.
MacRumors has a list of the biggest changes.
One of the most significant changes, as reported by ZDNet and other sites, is that 32-bit Apps are no longer supported, which is fine with me. Hopefully this will spur developers to update their apps!
